top five?

You are just trying to cause argument and unrest on here. This thread won't end well. Please troll elsewhere. Each of Auburn's wonderful sororities has something different to offer, and every girl who goes through rush finds her right fit and loves her sisters.

All are great. You can put any of them as top 5 because it's whoever you like or want. Go trolling on some other website. We're all happy here.

5 are KD, XO, Phi Mu, AGD, and ADPi. These aren't always the best for you, they just have a lot of tradition here.

The top 5 are who YOU like!

Each group is alike in many ways. Some are older and have more of a legacy base, but it would be difficult to know who was who in looks if all the sororities all stood up next to each other. All are good, all have some problems. Stop listing groups, it's silly, immature, and it's just done to start girls posting negative things. I know my group is #1! Enjoy what you get! Some don't get that privilege.

top tier groups are heavily sought after and are great groups..but not everyone can get in those groups or should want to. All the groups are great, and there is something for almost everyone. It's competitive and you have to put your best foot forward. Much of where you end up has to do with your personality, resume, and sometimes your reputation. If you don't go in only hoping to get a certain group or two or not wanting a group because this site says they are bottom - you will find exactly what you need, and what you need will find you! You will be much happier if you keep an open mind...So many girls come on here after rush and complain about not getting what they wanted, but most go with it and end up finding a great group of sisters where ever they get a bid.

I have seen way too much mean girl comments on this site lately, and when I saw the original question and the first few comments I thought "Yes! That's my Auburn!" Wow! How quickly the trolls --mean girls-- what ever you want to call them -- come out. I love Auburn and all of our sororities are amazing, and you could place every sorority on campus in the top five list on any day of the week. Little Pan Love has been shown on this site lately.

I'm an incoming freshman as well... and I have watched my sister and countless friends go through the rush process. Many of those friends called me crying and heartbroken after being cut from the sorority they had set their hearts on getting into. The truth is like someone else's top five isn't going to be the same as yours, most likely. And while it's great to gather information about each group, YOU have to decide for yourself which feels like the best fit for you!! Don't let "rankings" from an anonymous site decide which house you want to join before rush has even started! That's like deciding to marry the first guy you hear is great! You might have to date a few before you can make a good decision! War eagle girl... and who knows, maybe we will end up in the same house come August!
