There is a huge difference between top and “lower top” - if you aren’t from certain places and know people, you can forget it for those upper 3 - excluding Phi Mu who I agree and should be lower top anyway. The lower definitely takes a wider variety of girls. Lower top is honestly just middle.

AXO is the one that, more than any others, has a strong identity at AU. For better or worse, no one has trouble describing their vibe…if you fit, you probably think it is top tier.

Personally, I don’t see a lot of difference between top and “lower top” either. Those are all widely considered good… not easy bids to get. Beyond that, you have some difference of opinion. But, PNMs should remember that in schools like AU with strong Greek life, mid tier is a darn good choice.
