The percentage of girls that get bids at Auburn is super super high! If you have an open mind I’d say you have a 99% chance! Auburn has a system called “maximizing your options” where if you have two houses left at pref round and rank both of them, you are guaranteed to get one of those houses. Your pi chi will tell you all about it! Really the only girls that don’t get bids are the ones that drop out of rush early because they came in with a one or a few specific houses in mind and then they drop out when those don’t work.

Please don't make up numbers, 99% is incorrect and paints an overly optimistic picture. It is in the 90's though and yes, most girls without a bid either dropped out or only put down one house on their card and didn't get it. But there are some every year who do fall through the cracks and get released from all houses. It is heartbreaking for them. These girls were not fully prepared for how to rush well, and often have a better outcome after meeting actives and trying again.

I don't know the exact percentage, but I do know that it is somewhere in the 90s. If you go in with an open mind and rank both of your pref parties, you are most likely getting a bid.Out of the other 10% of girls who don't get bids, I would say that around 8% of them dropped out of recruitment before bid day for various reasons. The other 2% are the girls who, unfortunately, get dropped from recruitment before bid day, or who don't receive a bid. It is very unlikely to get dropped from all of the houses during recruitment unless you have some sort of questionable reputation, but I'm not going to be naive and say it doesn't happen. The vast majority of girls who don't receive a bid are the ones who suicide bid (or only rank one of their pref houses). This lowers your chances of receiving a bid because if your top sorority drops you after pref, then you don't have a second option to fall back on. If you rank both of your pref houses, then you are guaranteed a bid from one of those houses.
