Genuinely confused on what makes ADPI and KD “top”

Ok so most people would say that the top four are ADPI, KD, AGD, and Phi Mu.
AGD is #1 in grades
Phi Mu is widely considered to be #1 in looks (at least to most guys)
I’m confused on what ADPI and KD have going for them to put them in the top. They are all girls from the same areas, not involved on campus, not friendly to most other sororities, not very active in the Panhellenic community, rarely hold philanthropic events, etc.
I’m not here to bash but I’ve just always wondered even before I rushed why they were considered to be top when they arent exactly noteworthy? Is it because of the exclusivity of only letting girls from one area in? We are all graduated from hs so who cares??

They are top because they are the least cut during rush. Meaning potential members rarely cut these sororities. Adpi super involved and KD love a fun party. Both of these sororities get invited to the most fraternity date parties by far... and not just to one fraternity. Snu, KA, SAE, Fiji, and also ATO and FH.
