Frats with normal guys from oos?

For those that know the scene well - what are the normal social frats for a guy from the northeast? no connections, so do you need to come down in the summer for events?

Definitely need to do summer rush. Many have given out the majority of bids by fall.

If ur from northeast then rush pike, tke or dtd they have the most out of state guys
