top: kd, alpha gam, adpi, chi o, phi mu (these are the top 5 non negotiable if you say anything else you are just in the sorority that you are calling top)
upper mid: axo, pi phi, zeta
mid: gphi, tri delt, aoii
lower mid: dz, sk ,dg, axid
bottom: theta, kappa, tri sig
except top five the houses are also ranked in their line, like axo is higher than pi phi etc.
i don’t want to put zeta that high cause i feel like they aren’t anymore, but they’ve got some good girls. and with all the scandals sk is that good anymore but you could switch them w dz. aoii has some weird quirky girls but they are definitely above dz.

Definitely pi phi and G phi are upper mid after the pledge classes they got this year!

zeta isn’t as good as ppl think, they’re all very superficial. pi phi has the insta girlies and gphi are what sk wants to be - fun pretty party girls
