COB this upcoming year???

There is no real way to know who is doing COB and who isn't. Anybody who isn't at chapter total can but nobody has to. Unless you're going around counting members, it would be pretty hard to tell.

just email the president/vp of membership or the new member educator and they should be able to help you

I think many will. For whatever reason, COB has a bad rep when really it lets more girls be part of Greek life since it's open to everyone including girls that maybe didn't want the stress of rush. For girls considering COB, be proactive. I don't think many of the sororities look at the Panhellenic interest list. Some already know who they are going to ask but I would suggest reaching out to membership/recruitment VPs and letting them know you are interested. A caveat here, if you went through rush and were dropped by "top" houses, a term I hate, I wouldn't necessarily expect to COB with them. Often the ones COBing are the same ones you may have had left if you dropped out. BUT it never hurts to try. AND all of our houses have something great to offer.
