top tier: phi mu, KD, alpha gam, chi o, adpi
upper middle: zeta, gphi, pi phi
middle: tri delta, sigma kappa, achio
lower middle: delta gamma, delta zeta, aopi
lower: theta, KKG, alpha xi, tri sig

-this is mainly based on popularity with who is most sought after during rush.
-everyone has different rankings based on different factors.
