I mean this is a pretty bad comparison. Theta Chi has been top tier for like the past 8-10 years and Pike hasn’t been good since the 80s. Kinda like apples to oranges

Not really sure tbh. But if you wanna slander pike, just go ahead and admit that ur a southerner that cant handle a fraternity full of guys from the northeast being a solid fraternity here.
