honest current sorority rankings
by: Be honestAs of now, 2014, what are the updated and current sorority rankings? I've heard a few have changed with the past few years of pledge classes and I'm curious.

This sounds like someone just trying to get the sororities to fight on here. They're all really good and if you don't know that, then you must not got to AU. Get a life and put as much into "ranking" groups as you do and you'll go far. My group is listed as a top group and I know that NONE of my sisters would lower themselves or our sorority to do that. War Eagle!

pretty much with Honestly. There is a bit of difference in the girls who go Phi Mu, XO, KD, AGD, and ADPi, just because these chapters are very selective. There are also plenty of girls who pref one of these houses but choose something else. From there, the middle is pretty much the same. The only way to break it down is by more 'girl next door' types and 'party girl' types. Girl next door would be: AOPi, AXO, DG, ZTA. Party girl would be DDD, Pi Phi, DZ, SK. Then Kappa, AZD, and Theta are kind of a little bit of everything, and a little bit of leftovers TBH. Everyone will have a different opinion out of those top 5 and the ones in the middle as to who they like best. There is no ranking of those. There is a top 5, then the middle, then the bottom 3. It's just how it is.

Agree basically with Agree and Honestly!
There's no order with how I ranked within the groups below.
Selective:
More Girls next door: XO, KD, AGD, and ADPi
More Party Girls: PhiMu
Next group:
More Girls next door: AOPi, AXO,
Equal Girls next door and Party: DG and ZTA
More Party girls mix: DDD, PiPhi, DZ, and SK
Then Kappa, AZD, and Theta
Now having said that, just because you don't get in one of the more selective groups above doesn't mean you aren't in a GREAT sorority! They're all GREAT...It comes down to were you fit in best. Saying a group is selective doesn't mean they are better than any other group at Auburn. As Agree said..It's just how it is.

I certainly disagree with the initial reply up top on this post.
Anyone can tell who YOU personally like and who YOU dislike..that's for sure! And you're just class-less on some of your descriptions. Here's my opinion for the original poster, but without unnecessary, unkind, or over-flattering remarks about any group. Nothing has changed too much this past year and enrollment is up for next year, so it will be harder and harder to tell much difference in any of the groups because so many great girls choose Auburn.

@annoyingwrong is absolutely correct. There hasn't been any great changes since rush in August because even the top groups have gotten even better (just like the other groups). Every year we have gotten better sand strong pledge classes! The top groups are still the most sought after groups, but other groups are doing great as well. There is less difference in the the middle groups for sure now. There's no way ChiO is lower top right now or ADPi either.
However, there's no reason to debate this here. In rush next year, it will continue to be the same as the past and every girl will still be VERY happy with the group they get.
