I think I would move AOII tier to the top because they are so involved on campus, strong grades, nice girls, pretty girls, homecoming, etc.

There are great girls in every group! War Eagle!

Agree. Although there are huge differences between the so called “top” houses in terms of general/overall vibe and some may swap a few around within groupings I think this is spot in.
