Is ATO getting a new house or what? I've heard rumors but still don't really know

ATO has been "getting a new house soon" for over 15 years now. They'll be in that crappy meth house forever

Yeah they have said they were going to get a house and that there were plans for one. But I haven't seen anything. They're still considered a pretty solid frat, even though they don't have a good house

They've been claiming that they are getting a new house for so many years now that nobody really knows. Could be anywhere from a year to 50 years before they do

If they lose their current house (owner may sell it?) that might actually be their best bet. Their nationals may wake up and see the chapter as one of their stronger ones (always strong GPA and involvement) and get act together and fund a house for them. Great guys that have worked so hard deserve better support from their nationals

If they can get a new house, they could probably be a top tier fraternity. Nice guys in this group
