fraternity question

Is pi kappa phi really bottom tier? And if so what makes them so bad? Reason asking because my friends from high school pledged there this year.

A lot of the pledges are weird goobers. Too many skater bro brothers. Kind of douchey.

They bid anyone and don't do anything on campus. fraternities that only care about drinking and shot gun bid will typically have a bad reputation. For a fraternity to be better they typically have to want to be better.

Fall under one of those fraternities that are more of a social club than anything. Dumb brothers, always out at the bars, only care about partying and drinking. They don't represent fraternities or being a fraternity man at all. Their pledgeship is a joke. They take weird dudes, put them in vineyard vine close and tell them they're "frat". Crappy house also

They generally do well with bottom tier sororities that like to party too.
