I would replace Alpha Chi with G Phi and drop SK to 10 put DDD 9 and drop DZ out of top 10...I think this list represent the top 10 - though honestly all the upper mid tier and lower mid tier are pretty much interchangeable and depending on who you ask the list will continue to change.

sigma kappa needs to leave and gphi should go there. honestly most ppl put dg, dz, tri delt, axid and aopii on the same level. depending on who you ask anyone would choose them for the #10 slot

The top 10 is really interchangeable from year to year so I would just say top 10 and not have an order. But what is wrong is putting DZ and SK in top ten. Take those 2 away, and put in Aopi and gphi. And btw I’m not in either of those, but just saying.
