I'm gonna try to not be biased, but I do think we have some good guys and do some good things.
Sigma Nu: We usually have 125+ members. We are close-nit, we hang out with each other a lot. My Freshman year, the first day after our pledge class was finalized (after fall recruitment), we all exchanged facebooks, emails and cell #'s. I had only one class that day, and after it (around 11:30 or so), I got 5-10 texts from pledge brothers of mine asking to meet up for lunch (which we did). It was great! from then on, I knew it was a great group. We look out for one another. Our social calendar is up there with the FIJI's of the world. We have good tailgates, our socials usually attract a good number of ladies, and we have a nice house. Great meal plan too! (I lived in the house last year) We do the Christopher Reeves Foundation, as well as helping many other local charities, churches, etc. (canned food drives, athletic games/fun events that raise money).

(Continued) We do well academically (although we're not the #1 ranked). We throw some good parties after games, and virtually everyone is invited. We lost a lot of great senior guys last year, and we really like what we've seen from the members we've given bids to this year (although I, myself, am not the Rush Chair, or a head member-I play a very minimal role in who does/who does not receive bids). We travel during spring break for formals (we've gone to New Orleans in the past).
I really hope the information I'm giving is helpful!

@Bro,
I don't know that many people in Delta Sig. However, the few that I do know seem like great guys. They do a lot of charity work, and have a good number of formals (Sailor Ball in the Fall and a Carnation Formal in the spring). They don't have a lot of members (around 60-70). Very diverse group of guys, according to the guys I've talked to that are in Delta Sig.
Sorry I can't offer anymore info on them! Formal Rush is this week and I've been really busy!

I wrote about both a few pages back, so look there. But, in short...Sigma Chi: Can definitely party, so if you wanna party, this is the place to be. They know how to keep it under control and have fun- you know, a good time. Raise a lot of money through charity efforts, and get decent grades. Have some great kids, some of my better friends are in SX. Not your typical "southern fraternity" but nothing is wrong with that! DTD: Small house, ignore the bashing on here. Very close brotherhood, one of the nicest fraternities on campus (without question). Do good things in the community, southern girls love these guys because "they're really sweet."
