KA, SN, SX, LXA, FIJI, SAE

The rest are practically irrelavant

After going through rush it is very evident which frats are the best. (KA, SAE, Beta, SN, Sig Ep, Fiji, LXA, and maybe even ATO) It's not that the rest aren't good they just don't have nearly as strong foundation as the ones listed.

@TheTruth GREAT POST! I'm a Sigma Nu and I'd like to think we have some great guys, and I really believe we do some great things in the community and raising money for philanthropy/AU. Sure, there are some brothers in my fraternity that I dont relate to as well as friends of mine in other fraternities, but that will happen everywhere! There is a ton of self-ranking which is sickening. My advice would be to not listen to all that is said here, and experience it for yourself! You'll fit in wherever you pledge! There are great guys everywhere! Some of my best friends are actually not in my fraternity, some are in KA, FH, Sig Ep, Theta Chi, LXA, BETA, Sig PI, SX, FIJI, ATO & Chi Pi. I've tried my best not to be biased on here, and I REALLY hope that is evident by my reviews (under the same username) of other Fraternities at AU. Bottom line: I like being in SN & have made some best friends but its not like all frats hate each other. KA's literally SN's BEST friend & get along well w/others!

what do you guys think of Pi Kappa Phi, i hear very little about them.

I don't really know many people in Pi Kappa Phi. The few that I do seem like good kids, but I've never had the chance to hang out with them. They were just in a class or two of mine-made some conversation (nothing too big). So idk, I can't really give a full review of them. Sorry!

I'd prefer not to devulge any information until a few weeks from now. I am a Junior, but I honestly am not one of the head officers or head of rush chair for SN. I still get the "low-down" on some information, but I do not have immediate access to information that our head officers do.

We did lose a decent amount of seniors from SN, all were swell guys. We are pretty selective in who we extend bids to because of the reputation we have had at AU for a long time and the amount of work/time/effort we put into raising money for ourselves, the university, as well as our academic performance. PLEASE DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED! The whole "KA, SAE, LXA and SN never take kids from outside the SOutheast or north of the Mason-Dixon Line" is NOT TRUE! I am not from the southeast and I got a bid from SN. Our head officers (I will not reveal who I am, but I can honestly say that I AM NOT an officer for SN, and play a very minimal role in deciding who gets a bid) like to look at the full package (extracurricular activities in/outside of school, academic achievements & above all, how great of a person you are). Believe me, I've recommended many kids after meeting them at some of our summer rush events/parties-some have gotten bids, & some have not (this includes them going thu fall rush2

@Yankee, if you, or anyone else has questions about SN, or other Fraternities on campus, I WILL GIVE YOU AN HONEST REVIEW. I know guys in every fraternity, and have friends in literally everyone of them as well. I'll give you an HONEST opinion. Not the BS reviews you see under the organization's name on here. But, POST YOUR QUESTIONS RIGHT HERE, and NOT under the name of the organization that you click.
