It literally says "probation" up there. What do you think disciplinary probation is?

If you go look at the real report there is a difference in disciplinary probation and social probation. It gives the definition of each.
So it’s literally not “social” probation.

As stated by the auburn Greek report

Disciplinary probation- an elevated warning status. Should another violation occur while this status is in place, the organization faces elevated sanctions.

Social probation- the organization may not host social events.
