Tier 1: Phi Mu, KD, ADPi, AGD, Chi O, Pi Phi
Tier 2: Zeta, AOPi, AXO, Gamma Phi
Tier 3: DG, DZ, Tri Delt
Tier 4: AXiD, Theta, Kappa
You will always find people who want to quibble and move one house down and one up ---- usually to help out their own house, I might add! But these are the generally accepted rankings of sororities now. There might be movement within the tier based on whether you value partying, grades, looks, reputation, etc. Houses on the same level are about the same overall strength but no house is strong in everything.

I agree those aren't in order. Here's the way most people seem rank them, from a fraternity man's perspective at least. In order.
Tier 1: KD, AGD, Phi Mu, ADPi, Chi O, Pi Phi
Tier 2: Zeta, AXO, AOPi, GPB
Tier 3: Tri Delt, DZ, DG
Tier 4: AXiD, Kappa, Theta

I agree with KD, PBP, PM, and ChiO...... but AGD and ADP are borderline. If only 5 could be top tier then one of those would be left out because AGD hasn't kept up with the times and ADP has had so many issues for several years in a row. I also agree that each offers different strengths, so this is only 1 opinion.

Mostly very conservative over achievers: AGD,AXO,
A mix of conservative, over achievers and fun girls: XO, KD, ADPi, AOPi
Middle of the road: GPB, DDD, DG
More party girls than not but still a mix: PhiMu, Zeta, DG
Party Girls: PiPhi, DZ
Mix AXiD, Kappa, Theta
