Idk about hate but I know the following fraternities are on better terms than most others
KA/SNu
Lambda/Pi Kapp
FIJI/ATO

Everyone hates the “new” Beta. The old Beta back in the day used to be a top house with really cool dudes. Now they’re all these annoying try-hards that you see living on this website

They talk bad about any other fraternity that is not them. Rivalries are fun but IFC and the rest of Greek life is a community which they fail to realize. Most fraternities refuse to have socials with them
