KD is top tier. I think pi phi and Zeta though have ALOT of work to do- it takes more than partying and being hot to be considered hot

But wait... y’all are forgetting that beta’s 2017 fall pledge class consisted of 14 people because no one wanted to accept a bid there. How could beta have come back from this already given that they are only sophomores now and the junior and senior class is probably still hurt from their brotherhood review?

Beta had a 30 person pledge class 2 years ago not 14 and that was because they had to have all dry rush events becuase of the trouble they were in. They had 50 person pledge class again this year. You don't know what you are talking about.

Pi Phi and Zeta are not middle tier and honestly beat out ADII , Alpha Gam and KD in terms of involvement , sister hood and looks.

Somehow they are considered top 3 to some people, but either way they are top tier. Zeta and pi phi are still a lot hotter
