Why is Fiji a top tier frat and Beta and Lambda Chi arent their young guys are awkward and not cute and their parties are average.

Beta is considered top to some people and lambda chi is almost there

To a certain extent to be top tier all you need a really nice house, strong alumni association, campus leadership (IFC & SGA) and a long campus history. But having a really nice house doesn’t make you top tier (ex: PIke) and you don’t have to have a long history at Auburn (Ex: Fiji founded at auburn in 1960’s and they are considered top tier) and you don’t need to have a really nice house (ex: Sigma Nu considered top tier)

At the end of the day it’s all about people’s opinions of the organization
