1.Theta Chi- great house and party barn, mediocre backyard
2.ΚΑ- great house but slightly less than theta chi
3.Βeta- Decent Looking house, Pretty big and a lot of space, great backyard
4.Lambda Chi- Average house but prime location
5.Fiji-mediocre size and location but not much space or backyard

ΚΑ - size, newness, appearance
ΘΧ - size, newness
ΠΚΑ - size, appearance
ΣΝ - location location location
ΣΑΕ - appearance, property size, lake
ΠΚΑ and ΣΑΕ have the bonus of owning their own properties instead of leasing land from the university like the other 3, ΦΓΔ does as well
