if they are completely released, it's because of grades. Look on the AU Panhellenic website for information about historical numbers. The majority of the girls who do not get bids either drop out early or don't list all 3 of their Pref choices so they hurt their own chances.

A girl may also not get a bid if when she goes through rush, she is not a good conversationalist. Like if she is really hard to talk to. Or if a girl doesn't have many activities or anything from high school coming into the process. It's really small like less than 5% that are truly released. There is a little more than that who don't pledge but that is because they withdrew from rush of their own decision or didn't list all 3 choices on Pref Day. You will be fine!! Smile!!

be talkative, enjoy the process and give all sororoties a chance. Remeber don't pull all your eggs in one basket - there are many great sororities at Auburn.
