opinion on kappa

What do you think makes kappa bad here when its good at almost every other school in the nation? They all have the same nationals governing them, so why would the National organization let this one slip?

Not great all over the nation. All sororities have top tier, mid tier, and bottom tier.

Isn't the Nationals run by grownups? Do they really look at 'tiers' to decide to close chapters? Shouldn't there be some legitimate reason like hazing or breaking other rules?
