Not quite true. There's out of state but still in region and lots of these girls have no problem. Far out of state out of region is harder but it does happen. That's why we have rush.

very wide range of girls. their parties are always really fun because they have the girls that dont drink at all and still have a blast, and then the girls passed out in the bathroom
