juniors rule rush?
by: HalI have heard that juniors make majority of cut decisions during rush. Is this true?

Juniors are more experienced than sophomores, who are the first time recruiters, so they are more respected. They also hold most of the major offices and are usually larger in number than active seniors. Therefore juniors have more responsibility and do the most to run their chapters. But looking at certain people for making "cut decisions" is the wrong way to think about it.
