sophomore rush

I'm gonna be a sophomore and want to join a fraternity. Do the top tier fraternities, like beta, SN etc. give bids to sophomores? Any idea which of the better fraternities do give sophomores bids?

It's not easy to get a bid at any of the top fraternities, if you're a cool guy and have some connections you definitely have a chance. It's not the end of the world to rush as a sophomore though and I wouldn't really worry about it if you're a normal person.
