what is phislam?

I have been hearing about this a lot and not sure what it is? Is it not an official fraternity? I looked them up on youtube and it looks like they throw massive parties.

Is a Christian organization that throws alcohol free parties. Think it started at UGA a few years ago and has spread to other schools since then
