formal rushing top tier

Is there even a chance to get a bid at the top tier fraternities. I figure that they’re already full. Just wondering

Every fraternity has bids to give (some more than others) but you shouldn't focus on only so called top tier. Each house has a brotherhood to offer go where you feel comfortable and where they want you.
