How important are connections?

Important in a few houses that are older on campus so they have more legacies and connections and thus are in a particular niche.

Grades, lack of Recs

Lack of recs, grades, questionable reputation, not good at conversation, acting like you’re better than the house you’re visiting, girls on the inside not liking you, dressing wrong, having the wrong look..... the reasons are endless. I hate that really great girls fall through the cracks sometimes. It happens every year.

What’s considered a low GPA you would have been dropped for as a freshman? What about for sophomores who rushed?
