Does suicide bidding hurt your chances of receiving a bid to the house you want?

Suiciding will not help you or hurt you as far as where a house places you on their bid list. But if you rank both houses and don't match with either, you will get a bid through quota addition and that could be at your number one house. Suiciding eliminates that possibility.
