Sigma Nu's lawn beats Pike's house. Depends what you like. For tailgates Sigma Nu is very convenient compared to New Row. For downtown Lambda Chi is the most convenient. For New row KA/Theta Chi is interchangeable. Not necessarily best house, but what you can do with it.

In no particular order: ΛΧΑ, ΣΝ, ΠΚΑ, ΚΑ, ΘΧ. You could argue any of these are the nicest on campus for one reason or another, but they all stand out agianst the rest.
