I got a cute dress. It’s halter top and kinda spaghetti strapped. Would that be appropriate for like the first round or no?

If it doesn't show too much cleavage you'll be fine. I know most halters tend to show a lot of cleavage, but if it's classy and looks good on you then definitely wear it.
