Im going to be a sophomore this upcoming year, and ill be going through rush. my gpa right now is a 3.5 in ChemE. Is that bad? Im really afraid everyone will drop me. Not sure if it matters now but my hs gpa was a 4.1

Come one now, it sounds like you're bragging. You know darn well a 3.5 in ChemE is really good assuming you took the required chemistry classes and physics and calculus your freshman year. If you want validation then here it is, sweetie. Don't be so insecure about your GPA. Surely you have met some other engineering students in sororities over the past year; the connections and impressions you have made with them over the past year will be far more important, as well as your social skills and appearance. I promise I wasn’t trying to brag or come here for validation. I’m actually genuinely concerned that a 3.5 would make me a grade risk for the houses. I really want to be a part of a sorority and I’m afraid of being dropped by all of them. I only mentioned that I was a ChemE major because I didn’t know if it would make a difference to the actives since it’s such a hard major. Sorry for making it seem like I was bragging and looking for attention :(
