Ultimately, what is going on with ATO's housing situation?
I know they are in some other Fraternity's right now, but how long are they going to be there does anyone know?

Let's put it this way: ATO has been saying they're getting a new house for about a decade now. They told my older brother that when he rushed in 2009 and told me that when I rushed in 2015. They aren't anywhere close to building their own house. They're going to keep leasing vacant houses until someone sells them an old one for cheap.

In today’s world where Greek life may cease to exist in the near future why should they build a house? Seems like a stupid way to waste money.
