Personally i’d say the Lower Top tier is pretty messed up.

In my opinion lower top is pretty bad. I’d put it like this

Beta/Lambda both just lack older guys which changes this year right now they are solid and deserve this spot. PI Kapp is rising and needs a bit stronger pledge classes. ATO is not a big name and often overlooked, good for grades and awful for partying, not better than the other three
