how many lors do you need per house?

For sorority rush, is it 1 or 2 letters of rec per house? Different for each house? Has to be 1 or has to be 2?

I'm probably doing way too many, but my mom and I were recommended by a family friend with a daughter in a sorority at auburn to try to get 4-5 per sorority if possible but thats probably way more than necessary.

Yeah, that is way, way too many and gets to be a real pain for us to deal with. Here's the deal: A rec, or recs, will NOT help you get a bid. Got that? WE DO NOT GIVE BIDS BASED ON RECS. But, not having a rec is an easy way to get released, the reason being is that we have to have a rec for each girl to offer her a bid, so recs fulfill a basic requirement but do not influence how we think of you. So we don't want more than two and usually won't even look at more than that so 4-5 is just wasted. Honestly, just one will fill the requirement, two is great, and that's all it is, filling a requirement. If we LOVE YOU MADLY we will even get the rec ourselves if we have to but only for a few select girls, so don't play with fire - get at least one for each house, two if you are able, and that's it.

I tried to get two for each.... that way if someone forgot, I had an automatic backup.
