fraternity’s coming back strong

They'll be able to colonize again in Fall 2018 at the earliest. In reality, they'll probably be back in Spring 2019 and charter sometime in 2020 or 2021. Being a colony is different though because they won't know all the rituals and stuff and won't be allowed to have a house until they charter again. So you'll have guys that are in the fraternity, but they won't be allowed to have a house or be considered actual members of the frat until they officially charter.

Beta was never kicked off, they just had social probation for a year and lost some older guys. Just going off their spring party though they seem to be coming back strong

SAE owns their house and property and has a very strong alumni presence in the area, so when they come back they will establish themselves quickly. It only takes a few members to charter and they will have already identified their candidates for charter members through their alumni network. They will then start rushing right away and initiate and then move their new members into the house as soon as possible. IDK why @Joe thinks that not knowing ritual is a reason to hold up the process, that's the easiest thing to get up to speed on LOL. No fraternity's national office is going to drag out a colonization process.

Half of this is right, beta is coming back good but sigma chi is full as guys that shouldn’t be allowed within 500 feet of a school zone. Really weird

Both of them seem like they are coming back decent there are some cool sigma chi’s that are always at bourbon but idk about the rest

Met some Sigma Chis dt and theres a few cool guys in there. Obviously no fraternity is going to be perfect their first year back. Give them a chance to rebuild and put on a good recruitment and they have good potential. Their president is really cool too

If you like yourself id say you could rush beta if you hate yourself I say rush sigma chi, if you're in your right mind literally rush anywhere else
