If i am coming through rush, and have a sister in-house at another college will that harm me?

No. Your sister at another college does not matter in the least as to your desirability as a member here. If your sister is in a house that we have here then that makes you a legacy, which will almost always give you a courtesy invite to 2nd round and be high on the bid list if you attend their pref, but they can still release you before third round if they choose. It wouldn't hurt to let your legacy house know.

i wouldn't list your legacy on your panhellenic registration, but have your sister contact nationals and/or the chapter to fill out your legacy form.

some chapters may cut you because they think you're going to go your legacy
