What makes a PNM a desired PNM by houses? What exactly are they looking for?
Also - how important are grades and GPA in determining if a house wants you. I'm 3.95 GPA/31 ACT?

The best defense against worry is not to. Worry takes up valuable self-improvement time.
As someone above mentioned, each sorority has their own private membership selection goals and standards. You will not know what these are until you become an initiated sorority woman.
Be your best you and follow the panhellenic recommendations during recruitment, and you should receive a bid.

I was dropped by two houses after IWTs and I had a 4.2 and a 30 with decent involvement. It's cool because I couldn't see myself at either of those houses. It just depends on what the houses are looking for in PNMs. Some look for grades and involvement, some base solely in looks, some base on who you know on the inside and if you're a legacy and some look at the individual. Trust the process and you will end up where you're meant to be.
