If you had to join a fraternity, but couldn’t join KA, Sigma Nu, Theta Chi, or Fiji who would you join?

Beta is not close to being a top house? Getting the whole Theta pledge class to your parties doesn’t make you social. Give them two years of more rebuilding to be considered. ATO, Pi Kapp, Lambda are significantly better right now. Maybe Sigma Pi as well

You lost all credibility when you said ATO. That fraternity is spiraling downward. And Theta? What are you talking about? The girls that hang at Beta are mostly ADPi, Zeta, KD, and Gamma Phi.
