Well KA isn't even a new row house first of all. They're old row.

But the answer is def Old Row. New row is made up of try hard fraternities, with 1 or 2 exceptions like Beta

KA has never even owned property on Old Row. They're New Row and that just a cold hard fact. KA's previous house was near The Barbaque House and the President's Mansion down from Fiji. It's now a parking lot

Isn't Fiji really "original row"? I think their house is where the original fraternity row was. I wouldn't call them a loner if that's the case.
