rec letters?

I'm rushing in the fall and was wondering about rec letters. AU's website isn't really specific on them.
So my questions are: do all houses at auburn require rec letters? If not all, which do?
And lastly, if some houses do/all do, do the letters have to be chapter specific? If I know a Chi O alum but she isn't Alpha Beta chapter can she still write my rec letter?

Recs are not required but they are -highly- recommended. My advice is to try to get one for every sorority you can to cover all your bases. As for who can write the rec letters, it doesnt matter if the alumna is from the specific chapter. The rec writer just needs to be an alumna of the sorority. Good luck!

Chi O is a good sorority so they're going to evaluate you more on your grades, character, and attitude more than anything else. Rec letters help, but only go so far in the process. I've seen legacies get outright rejected simply because they're terrible people.
