I agree with you except the new Pi Kapp house could probably beat out a couple houses listed

Pi-Kapps house appears nice from the front, and has up to date interior features. But it is still rather small. It only has one story, a modest backyard, and most brothers have to share a room and bathrooms which other houses don't. Nice, but smaller than it appears.
