who is going to get fiji’s house?

Heard that FIJI is in a pretty deep hole right now. Rumor has it that ATO might try to get their house.

That's completely false. Fiji is not losing their house. Right now ATO is looking for anywhere to go since they're not actually building a house of their own - they'll probably take Sig Ep or Theta Xi.

ATO would be stupid to build now at the rate Greek organizations are falling. I would imagine their nationals are thinking that way too.

The only reason Fiji still has their house on college street is bc they own their own property so Auburn couldn't take it like they did to the other fraternities in the 80s. To my knowledge Fiji, SAE, and Pike are the only fraternities in Auburn who don't lease land from the university. If Fiji or Pike was kicked off their houses would sit empty like SAE's does now until they could eventually recharter.

The 5 fraternities that own property at Auburn are Pike, SAE, Fiji, Lambda Chi and Chi Phi. Everyone else leases property from the university. So these are the only houses on campus who cannot be forced by the university to lease their house to another organization if they get shut down.
