So who will get SigEp's and Theta Xi's houses?

Probably ATO once Phi Delt kicks them out

Phi Sig will be moving into Theta Xi's house. They're renovating it over winter break. Also its rumored that ATO builds a house next to KA.

I've heard other fraternities are looking at that land as well. I believe ATO, Sigma Tau, and someone else.

Oh yeah I remember when ATO said that 4 years ago... still no house.

They don't just hand out houses to anyone. It's whoever is willing to rent them. There isn't some master list and the next one up. It's just whoever contacts the fraternities with empty houses
