Pi phi is not top tier for one, yes they are attractive but that's all they really have going for them. Where are their involvements? Grades? Sisterhood? And gamma phi should definitely move down with sigma kappa; they are just very similar in every aspect.

Middle is always shifting depending on people's different perspectives but I think this is in general, pretty accurate!

"Lambda got the best pledge class this year." Lmao what are you smoking? They shotgun bid 70+ kids that were all top fraternity leftovers. Biggest pledge class, yes. Best pledge class, no. Lambda Chi needs to fix their recruitment, throw more/better parties, hang with top sororities, or at least get more involved before anyone will consider them top tier. So, basically they need to improve on everything.
