Absolutely. It's the dirty side of sorority life that nobody tells you about. I didn't know about it until I was in it.

Some sororities are worse about it than others. I overheard one girl talking about their sorority screenwriting girls Instagram pages and then the entire chapter would vote on whether or not they want them in their sorority.

It's the most superficial and shallow thing. (And yes, this is coming from someone who WAS in Greek life.) The entire rush system is so messed up, and everyone knows it but nobody talks about.

And during rush week, the sorority halls fill their halls with names and pictures of PNMS they want. So yes. Unfortunately, it's all very true.
