Can someone provide a clear cut, no BS list of top, middle, and bottom tier fraternities?

to get into fijis party you didn't even have to be on the guest list to get in because there weren't many people there.

I can't personally speak for Theta Chi, but it looked way better on snapchat. Me and my friend group left Fiji and went dt because is wasn't that fun and not many people were there so...

Sigma nu and theta chi are honestly interchangeable based on opinion but KA deserves to be above Fiji for sure. Fijis pledge class and syllabus week party bring them down. Most of auburn would agree with this.

Theta chi has been a top fraternity here forever it's not gonna change any time soon. Rich wild boys. End of discussion

Forever??? Noo. . . Somehow Theta Chi became popular within the last few years. Not forever!! LOL!!

Gonna have to disagree with you there. While Theta Chi is probably the best fraternity on campus right now, they definitely haven't been that way forever. They rose to the top when we were all in middle school/high school, and I think the building of their huge house gave them their push. Before that, Theta Chi was a decent middle tier fraternity like Sigma Pi or ATO.
