From what i've heard the construction behind bourbon blocked off their back exit. Since they don't have that exit the fire marshal came in and reduced the max occupancy to something like 60 people and bourbon is suffering bc of that.

Q's moved the construction so now the back gate works and they have their capacity back up to around 300
